OUR BREAD:
All of our breads are naturally leavened and made from organic flour in a steam injected hearth oven to give it the crispy crust and wonderful texture Old Market breads are known for.
BAGUETTE - A classic 18 ounce baquette, perfect for dipping in olive oil, slicing for crostini, accompanying cheese and wine. Great for appetizers or with the main course.

PAIN AU LEVAIN - A beautiful country bread. Try thick slices for your favorite sandwich. Ours is a 20 ounce round.

SEEDED BATARD - Yum! 20 ounces of heaven. The sesame seeds on the crust add a wonderful flavor and crunch.

MULTI-GRAIN - This one we slice for your convenience. We love it toasted and for hearty sandwiches. A big 26 ounce loaf.
